or institutional buildings, using any material approved by local codes. However, pre-engineered
steel buildings are our specialty.After spending sixteen years in the sales and supervision of general construction projects throughout Florida, and as district manager for a leading desigm/build manufacturer, Don Highnote saw the need for a new, innovative, pre-engineered steel building construction company on the west coast. He organized the company, assembled a group of highly experienced engineers, architects, sales people and construction supervisors, became a major metal building manufacturer's representative, and began operations in 1980. Since then, APCO has grown continually with many major projects throughout Florida.
Our associates have combined experience in all types, sizes, shapes and spans of construction projects, many being award-winning designs. Our clients get professional one-on-one service from experts who know how to put together and deliver a package(design, financing assistance, land aquisition, engineering and construction) quickly and economically with little or none of the typical problems associated with major construction projects.
